WORKS

Each work is a sculptural investigation forged through a dialogue with material intelligence. Wood, crystal, reflective surfaces, and light are not inert media but collaborators – each carrying its own temporality, memory, and capacity to register presence.

Light functions both as material and witness. It inhabits crystal; long considered frozen light – where it is slowed, refracted, and held. It is held in wood, a living archive of growth and memory, revealing grain as record rather than ornament. Reflective surfaces operate as thresholds, returning light and image into space and implicating the viewer in the work itself.

In these sculptures, light is a phenomenal mediator of perception and presence. It structures the work, reveals edges, activates depth, and opens a space in which the viewer can inhabit attention. Each encounter is an invitation to experience light as a form of meditation, a channel for healing, and a source of quiet power.

The works emerge not as objects to be possessed or used, but as conditions to be felt. Each studio work stands as a complete inquiry – an intimate exploration of presence, material intelligence, and the circumstances under which something becomes phenomenally alive, registering not just visually, but through embodied perception.
